Once payment is due, follow the instructions to complete your ticket payment. After the payment is processed, we will send you the access ticket for Euhofa 2025.
Cancellation Policy for Euhofa Congress ‘s-Hertogenbosch
- Cancellation by Participant:
Cancellations received before 01-02-2025 are eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee.
Cancellations received between 01-02-2025 and 01-03-2025 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations after 31-03-2025 or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Organizer:
In the event that the conference is canceled by the organizer, all participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
The organizer is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants in relation to their attendance at the conference (e.g., travel).
- Program Changes:
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or venue if deemed necessary. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
